Class Description

Zumba - Latin dance with easy to follow moves meant to sculpt and tone

Pump - A toning and conditioning class incorporating weights to improve your overall strength

Body Bootcamp - A combo of aerobic cardio and weight training

Yoga - Improve your flexibility and range of movement. Helps to increase core strength

Cycling - Indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You are always in control of the ride

Bodies in Motion - This class uses a variety of equipment and aerobic moves to for toning and cardio

Step - This class will build your endurance level, tone and sculpt your body

Cardio/Strength - This class combines cardio movements with weight and resistant training techniques

Cycling and Core - 45 minutes cycling with 15 minutes of abs

Core Intervals - Strengthen your major muscle groups simply by using your own body weight
