PUMP - A toning and conditioning class incorporating weights to improve your overall strength.

BOOTCAMP - A combo of cardio kickboxing and weight training.

YOGA - Improve your flexability and range of movement. Helps to increase core strength

SPIN - Indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You are always in control of the ride.

BIM - This class uses a variety of equipment and aerobic moves to for toning and cardio.

STEP - This class will build your endurance level, tone and sculpt your body.
